In January of 2015, Chris Biever joined ITS. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Chris held management positions at a major manufacturer as well as sales for a large carbide company. Chris adds excellent technical experience and great customer service to the team.

Brandon started with ITS January 2018, bringing over 25 years experience to the team. He started his career as a Journeyman Tool and Die/CNC Machinist at one of WI largest shops. He then further elevated his career with a position in tool sales with LMT Tools as a territory specialist for WI. After 4 years of tools sales he was promoted to milling & tapping product manager. Within 5 years he was then promoted to national sales manager for LMT Tools.

He further devolped his career path into process improvements for machine shops in Wisconsin for a technical distribution company for five years.

Josh joined the ITS team in March of 2024. Josh graduated from UW Stout with a bachelor's degree Engineering and Production Operations. Josh has technical sales experience from two major tooling companies, and machining experience from working in two machine shops while gaining his bachelor's degree.

Dan started with ITS May 2025, bringing over 25 years’ experience to the team. He started on the machine floor for 11 years where he completed his Journeyman machinist program, shop machining, programming and mfg engineering. He later moved to application’s engineer for two major carbide manufacturers and worked as a distributor sales engineer between his time with the two manufacturers before coming to ITS.”

He then worked for two carbide manufacturing companies as a sales engineer for the 12 years before joining ITS.
